Nicole de la Mar

Nicole de la Mar is a Dutch-born artist whose practice is deeply informed by motherhood, creativity, and a lifelong love of art. Working primarily with acrylic on both large and small canvases, she creates exquisite semi-abstract works that explore emotion, movement, and connection.

Inspired by a rich mix of cultures and lived experience, Nicole’s recent work draws increasingly from her garden and the natural world that surrounds her. These organic forms and rhythms become quiet conversations on the canvas—reflecting her belief that “Love and art are intertwined in a web of conversation.” Through her work, Nicole invites the viewer into a space of warmth, intuition, and contemplation.
